Ancient ruins of Tenochtitlan

The pyramid of the Sun is second only to Cheops, and one other pyramid in size. It's an awesome sight. The museum contains some intricate sculpture, still in good condition. You can picture the priests cutting the still beating hearts out of captured prisoners, then hurling the bodies down the steep sides of the pyramids.
