We went to a local forest to check out the cathedral of trees there. Played a bit of baseball. Ate some food, then rolled home via Canberra.
On the way, we dropped in on Questacon. The boys did have a very good time. Even before you walk in, there is a puzzle to escape a cable lock.
Fluorescent rocks make some crazy colours under lights.
And under normal lights again, same rocks.
At the sound show with Brodie the Roadie to learn about resonators and amplifiers. Lou got to wack him on the head with a placcy pole to make some music.
Not many people can find themselves at such a young age. Rhenium, symbol Re, is number 75 on the periodic table. A neat box had many of the elements on show.
A trip to the shop, we got a slinky, that's always good fun.
